The Varsity Marlins got back into the win column with a 58-43 win at Ladywood. Sarah Benson played very well at both ends of the court with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Allie Gorcyca added 10 points, while Candice Leatherwood had 9 points. Michaela Mazur played well, scoring 6 points to go with 4 boards; Sam Bauer had 5 points; Tyler Parlor added 4 points and 4 rebounds; Sierra LaGrande did a fine job directing the offense while scoring 2 points and dishing out 2 assists; Paige Roberts had 2 points and 3 assists; Meghan Tarrance had an assist; Katie Koehler, Jamie Jeffries and Natalie Capatina also saw playing time. The team is now 10-4, 4-2.
