Seniors - College Application/Transcript Requests: ALL college applications require a transcript, which must be submitted through counseling. You must bring in a Transcript Release Form for each college, along with the $4.00 fee (per transcript) to counseling. You must also include the counselor/secondary school form for each college (if they have one, they're found on each college's website). NO application/transcript requests will be completed without those items. If you are using the Common Application, you MUST still fill out a Transcript Release Form for each Common App school, along with the transcript fee for each. Transcript Release Forms can be found on this site by clicking the "Sr. Transcript Release" link, as well as on Naviance under "documents".
