Fight Apathy - Alcohol

Thanks to a Challenge Based Learning project "teenage apathy" was brought to its knees at the Fight Apathy! Fair held April 13, 2011 in the Mercy lobby. Teachers Lynn Waldsmith, Mike Gruber and Larry Baker challenged students to defeat teenage apathy in English and American Government classes. Ninth and tenth graders worked several weeks to develop their solutions, implement them, and explicate them to classmates. Poise, innovation, problem solving, team work, web sites, pamphlets, videos, and more!

This video is for teens everywhere to learn about the effects of drinking at a young age and to convince the so called "Holdens" of the world why you should care. Elli Schinella, Madison MacArthur, Dana Defrain, Katelyn Halash, Sam Robinson, and Charlotte Froehlich collaborated to create this powerful production. You will be surprised at how much it can change your opinion on drinking at a young age.
